Please call the Family Shelter Service Hotline at (630) 469-5650 in order to speak with a court advocate for possible assistance with completing the petition over the phone, before coming to the courthouse.

Will

Please call (815)740-8064 to review your petition after you have completed the petition online. After you have completed your petition you will then be directed to the Will County Courthouse located at 14 W. Jefferson St. Joliet, IL 60432 and proceed to the Order of Protection office, located on the 2nd Fl., Rm. 202 to finalize the process of your petition. - Bring your receipt number provided to you at the beginning of your petition.
